Personal Coaching – One-on-one, either in-person or phone

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month
  • Email support between sessions

Online Coaching – Daily emails and 24/7 access to coaching platform

 Together we will:

  • Define your health and wellness goals
  • Focus on developing long term habits to improve your nutrition and lifestyle
  • Monitor and measure your transformation using a variety of tools

What you get:

  • Daily lessons delivered directly to your email
  • Guidance for achieving health improvements
  • Habit-based program for learning mindful eating, time management, self-compassion, self-care, persistence and consistency
  • Access to your coach through an easy to use online platform
